12.2 pounds is awesome, but yeah you'd honestly notice a huge increase in losses if you started execising a lot as well! Getting motivated to do it on the other hand is the hard part, at least for me.
That said I'm about to go run up and down some huge steps for 30 minutes with my friend in her lunch break.(after posting off your new bag! yay) hah I've got 10 and a half weeks left to lose my weight and by golly I'm going to do it. : P

So glad you are still kicking WW heinie! Way to go! Now, as a reward, you should be able to buy yourself something that weighs 1.2 lbs. I'm voting on the camcorder. Not the ham, so much!

We're thinking of buying a treadmill as well. Let me know how you like this one and if you have any buyer's tips (cause you have nothing else to do this week, right?!)

Ok, I love the image of the ham. I totally want to think of a bunch of visual pounds lost images now. Also, great job on the 5K. Funny enough I just bought a stopwatch tonight so I could do the "Couch to 5 K) program on coolrunning.com. Check it out!

I started exercising and eating well about a month ago and have so far lost 10-12 pounds. I'm looking to lose about 20 more.
